ボールバルブ、バタフライバルブ、ゲートバルブ、グローブバルブ、ナイフゲートバルブ、トリプルオフセットバルブなど、さまざまな設計の隔離バルブをご用意しております。それぞれの設計タイプは、プロセス条件、システム設計、または工場責任者の目標次第で独自の優位性を発揮します。
隔離バルブは配管システムに設置されており、流れを隔離することで、コントロールバルブ、ポンプ、タンクを含むプロセス機器を安全にメンテナンスできるようにします。隔離バルブは、オンオフのプロセス制御や外部機器の接続、テストの簡易化、緊急時のプロセス停止にも使用可能です。
バルブは、典型的なプロセス施設において一時的放出の主要な発生源です。バルブステム、ボディシール、端部接続の周辺では、意図していないプロセス媒体の放出につながる漏れが発生する可能性があります。したがって、クォーターターン動作、実証済みのステムシールシステム、最小限の本体接合、および溶着端部接続（可能な場合）などの機能を持つ、低排出バルブテクノロジーを慎重に選択することが重要です。
